YN560-III is the third version of the popular strobist OCF flash Yongnuo YN560. The YN560-III model boasts guide number GN 58 @ 105 mm (meters, ISO 100) and is equally well suited for amateur and professional use. It supports manual flash mode and two modes of remote triggering via pulse from a leading flash (S1 and S2).
The YN560 Mark III is powered by 4 alkaline or NiMH batteries size AA and can be connected to an external battery pack SF-18C (8×AA) which triples the working time and halves charge regeneration speed.
A huge convenience of the YN560 Mark III is the built-in radio receiver that is compatible with the RF-602/603/605 trigger series and the YN560-TX remote controller by the same manufacturer. Strobists who already use Yongnuo flashes and triggers just need only spend money on the YN560-III; no expense for an additional receiver is needed.
The YN560-III ships with a soft carry pouch, desktop stand and a user guide.
